Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Outlet Associate at Hyatt Place Boston / Braintree to assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment and to deliver stellar guest service.

This role supports breakfast service, resets tables, and keeps stations stocked during meal periods. You will handle quick table clearing, stock management, and ensure accurate service ware use while adhering to attendance rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Able to move or push goods weighing up to 150 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Clear verbal and written communication; adaptable to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and reset tables promptly.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations during all meal periods.
• Assist guests with breakfast service and replenishment as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
