Job summary

Prospera Management is seeking a Breakfast Area Attendant to maintain a clean, fully stocked breakfast service at the Hampton Inn Anaheim. You will set up, replenish, and present breakfast items while supporting kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include hygiene-focused cleaning, stock management, and prompt guest assistance. Must be able to work weekends/holidays and comply with safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of progressive experience in hotel kitchen food service.
• Must have or be able to obtain a California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain breakfast area, buffet, and related back-of-house spaces.
• Set up and restock breakfast items for all service periods.
• Assist with inventory and ensure hygiene in dining and kitchen spaces.
• Support kitchen operations to keep buffet stocked and presentable.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve issues as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation and chemical-handling procedures.
