Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Hostperson to provide prompt, courteous service and maintain a guest-ready dining area. The role supports hotel operations, assists guests with inquiries, and performs side work to ensure smooth breakfast service.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and flexible weekend availability. Prior food & beverage experience and a high school diploma are preferred, with certification in food handling encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Food handling certification preferred
• Prior experience in a food & beverage position is preferred
• Must pass appropriate security clearances per policy

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere
• Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day or shift
• Maintain safety and security practices, have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
• Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service
• Ensure brand standard documentation is completed as required
• Other duties as assigned, that the associate is capable of performing
