Qualifications

• Guest service mindset with courteous, attentive guest interactions.
• Ability to clean, wipe, stock, and reset breakfast area efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines in food service.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks while complying with grooming/attendance standards.
• Willingness to perform side work and assist team members as needed.
• Awareness of cost controls and proper handling of supplies to reduce waste.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner and responds to needs with prompt service.
• Prepare, set and clear breakfast area; wipe tables/counters; dispose of garbage; clean floors; collect dishes; restock supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and handle food/beverage in compliance with regulations.
• Plan, organize and prioritize duties; adhere to grooming and attendance policies.
• Perform side work and assist other hotel staff; work as part of a team to support guest experience.
• Follow procedures to minimize waste and control costs.
