Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a breakfast attendant to ensure the breakfast area is well stocked, clean, and welcoming for guests.

You will greet and seat guests, clear and reset tables, and maintain food and beverage service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while following health regulations and hotel procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Must be customer focused, pay attention to details, and work well with others.
• Must be able to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.
• Requires ability to complete physically demanding responsibilities such as walking, standing, carrying, and lifting continuously throughout the shift.
• Prefer one year prior bussing experience in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner and assists in seating breakfast guests.
• Prepares, sets and clears breakfast area, cleans tables and counters, and restocks as necessary.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and adheres to all regulations and procedures.
• Attends department meetings and follows grooming and attendance policies.
• Performs side work and supports hotel staff as needed.
• Assists in controlling costs and using supplies efficiently.
