Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain neat appearance per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Take food and drink orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver to tables on time.
• Maintain a clean service area and assist with table setup for larger parties.
• Follow health codes and safety standards in all duties.
