In this role you will set up breakfast buffet, greet guests, serve beverages, take orders, clear tables, ensure cleanliness, and monitor quality. The position starts at 5:30am with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Full-time position; early shift starting 5:30am.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast buffet daily, stock items and break down after service.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Serve water and/or coffee upon greeting the table.
• Serve guests with food and drinks and replenish as necessary.
• Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods and in a timely manner.
• Observe guests to fulfill additional requests and determine when meals are complete.
• Control quality and consistency of all food served.
• Check station before, during and after shift for setup and cleanliness.
• Total checks and accept payment or refer guests to cashier.
