Doubletree by Hilton Biloxi is seeking energetic restaurant servers to join our dining team in Biloxi, MS. You will take and deliver food orders, answer questions, and provide an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced casual dining setting.

Positions include part-time and full-time shifts. Benefits include dental, health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts. Work hours include morning shifts and 8-hour shifts with weekends and holidays possible.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• Ensures the breakfast buffet is clean and guest ready
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Work closely with restaurant management to address customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties

Restaurant Servers are the face of the restaurant to its customers. They attend diners by taking and deliver food orders, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience. They are also responsible for delivering checks, accepting payments, and tidying tables after diners leave.
