McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Server in Asheville, NC. You will take orders and serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly, energetic and professional demeanor.

Requirements include 1–2 years of server experience, flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays, and the legal ability to serve alcohol. The role offers starting pay of $14/hour plus tips, with monthly bonus and parking.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ server experience.
• Flexible schedule, including shift work, weekends and holidays.
• Legal ability to serve alcohol in the State.
• Knowledge of state/local alcohol guidelines.
• Knowledge of drink preparation.
• Course work or certification in restaurant or business field is highly desired.
• Food safety certification and/or alcohol service training recommended.
• Ability to lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Create an energized bar atmosphere through friendly and personalized service.
