McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead food and beverage outlets and meeting spaces, ensuring guest satisfaction and quality service.

You will partner with the Restaurant Manager on budgeting, training, inventory, and maintaining profitability, while coordinating with sales for meeting space needs and menus.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3 years minimum experience in a beverage/food outlet.
• Supervisor or managerial experience is a plus.
• Experience in a hotel establishment is highly desired.

What Makes a McKibbon Hotel Restaurant Supervisor?As a key member of the hotel's restaurant team, the Restaurant Supervisor is accountable for the food and beverage outlet and meeting space. While the focus is to guide the operation of the food and beverage outlets.
