General Overview: To greet and serve guests, preparing food and beverages in a quick and efficient manner.
Reporting Relationship: Responsible for guests. Reports directly to the F&B manager.
Appearance Standards: Must wear a uniform provided by the hotel and a nametag. A neat and clean appearance must be maintained at all times.
Knowledge and Skills Required: Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Certifications required by state and local laws. Must meet legal age requirements of the state. Cash handling procedures experience. Customer service aptitude, interpersonal communication skills.
Physical Activities and Requirements: Standing, speaking, hearing, reading, writing; able to carry between 30-75 lbs; walking, lifting, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, bending, and able to climb a ladder.
