Qualificações

• Previous server or food & beverage experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Outgoing, social personality with passion for guest service in hotel restaurant.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong team-player mindset.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and handle weekend/holiday shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests; create personal connections.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients; answer questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and dining experience from start to finish.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, professional work environment.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
