Job summary

Fouquet’s New York is seeking an AM Food Runner to support breakfast and lunch service. You will ensure the timely delivery of courses and adherence to Fouquet’s service standards.

Responsibilities include delivering from kitchen to tables, confirming orders and allergies, and assisting servers. Morning, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Previous restaurant or hotel experience preferred. Benefits include health/vision/dental insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Run food from the kitchen to the correct table and seat.
• Confirm dishes, modifiers, and allergies before delivery.
• Support servers with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and guest needs.
• Keep service stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, servers, and managers.
• Assist with opening duties, polishing, stocking, and setup.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Follow all health, safety, and service standards.
