Snooze in Austin, TX is seeking a Line Cook to deliver high-quality breakfast dishes with care and craftsmanship. You’ll be responsible for food safety, recipe knowledge, and timely service in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience required.
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred (6 months).
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes.
• Be familiar with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety information.
• Prepare a variety of items using knives, mixers, blenders, processors, scales, and portion bags.
• Cook and prep foods using ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and working area.
• Handle all products in line with Health Department standards and Snooze guidelines.
