Job summary
Snooze Orange is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, seat them promptly, and manage the waitlist using our iPad system. You will maintain the host stand and coffee station, assist with take-out orders, and ensure restrooms are clean throughout shifts.
We offer weekly pay and an hourly range of $17–$19. Full-time staff enjoy benefits and opportunities for growth; California food & alcohol certifications are required before employment.
Qualifications
- Must be able to welcome guests and manage seating with speed and friendliness.
- Ability to operate the POS and iPad-based waitlist systems.
- Prior experience in front-of-house is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the host stand, coffee station, and outside dining area.
- Welcome guests and thank them on departure; seat guests promptly.
- Manage waitlist using iPad system and communicate with servers.
- Answer phones and handle to-go orders; input orders into POS.
- Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked; refresh 30-minute intervals.
