Job summary

Snooze Tucson Foothills is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage the seating area, and keep the dining flow smooth. You’ll start conversations with guests, assist with the waitlist, answer calls, and help keep the dining room tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Welcoming guests and maintaining a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to seat guests promptly and manage waitlists efficiently.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to take to-go orders.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outdoor patio area.
• Greet guests, seat them promptly, and manage waitlist on iPad/POS.
• Answer phones, take to-go orders, and enter into POS system.
• Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist servers with food delivery and bussing tables.
