Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and guest-facing skills.
• Must be able to work mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain breakfast bar quality during hotel hours.
• Ensure food quality and quantity are correct.
• Maintain a neat and orderly kitchen including cleaning tasks.
• Rotate food as needed.
• Maintain proper levels of inventory.
• Daily teardown of breakfast bar.
• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome.
• Follow health department standards and QA guidelines.
