Job summary

Sun Hill in Littleton, CO is seeking a Part-Time Breakfast Attendant to deliver a welcoming breakfast experience for guests. You will manage helpful interactions, stock breakfast items, and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout service hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a related role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all breakfast items are adequately stocked throughout service hours.
• Prepare, handle, and present food and beverage items in accordance with approved recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain consistent quality and appearance of all food and beverage offerings.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as required.
• Greet all guests entering the breakfast area in a professional, welcoming manner, maintaining a courteous and attentive presence at all times.
• Monitor the breakfast area to anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
• Provide high-quality customer service in alignment with brand standards.
• Observe and document guest feedback and communicate relevant information to management in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast hall, service stations, seating areas, and beverage stations.
• Address spills, debris, or safety hazards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
