LBA Hospitality is hiring a Breakfast Host to provide prompt, friendly service in our on-site breakfast area. You will maintain a clean, guest-ready space and assist guests with food, beverage, and hotel-related questions while upholding brand standards.

Previous food and beverage experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is expected and benefits are offered to associates.

Qualifikationen

• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handling certification preferred.
• Friendly, service-focused, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast/dining area and supplies in a guest-ready condition.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist guests with food, beverage, and hotel-related questions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, hotel services, and brand standards.
• Monitor food and supplies and assist with food preparation and storage as needed.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of each shift.
• Maintain required safety, sanitation, security, and emergency procedures.
• Complete required brand documentation.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and work effectively as part of the hotel team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
