Job summary

Tharaldson Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Breakfast Host for the Novato Residence Inn in Novato, CA. This part-time role offers a customer-focused environment and opportunities to grow in hospitality. You will set up breakfast, stock items, greet guests, and handle special requests while keeping areas clean.

Open morning hours 6am–12pm and weekend availability are required. No prior hotel experience needed beyond a great attitude.

Qualifications

• 0 – 1+ year of customer service experience
• Open morning availability, 6am – 12pm -Times may vary based on location
• Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to ensures breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards
• Ability to greet guests and accommodates special requests as needed
• All other duties as assigned.

• Ensures breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards
• Greets guests and accommodates special requests as needed
• Ensures countertops and machines are clean and tidy at all times
• Inventory breakfast items regularly; orders or purchases items as necessary and provides all receipts to General Manager
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of public areas
• All other duties as assigned.
