Job summary

Fairfield Inn Buford/Mall of Georgia is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver a complimentary breakfast experience. You will set up, present, maintain, and break down the breakfast area while ensuring brand standards, quality, and health regulations are met.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Complimentary Breakfast Attendant

The Breakfast Attendant plays a key role in delivering a positive guest experience by maintaining Fairfield Inn & Suites' complimentary breakfast service. This position is responsible for the setup, presentation, maintenance, and breakdown of the breakfast area while ensuring all food and beverage offerings meet brand standards, quality expectations, and health department regulations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and stock the complimentary breakfast buffet according to Fairfield brand standards.
• Monitor food and beverage levels throughout service and replenish items promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, dining room, serving stations, beverage stations, and kitchen/prep areas.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide assistance as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
• Wash dishes, utensils, serving equipment, and other kitchen items.
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean work environment throughout the shift.
• Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Break down and clean breakfast service areas after completion of service.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, or public area cleanliness as assigned.
• Report maintenance, safety, or guest concerns to management promptly.
• Consistently provide exceptional hospitality and service to enhance guest satisfaction scores.
