Einstein Bros. Bagels in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a General Manager to oversee all store operations with a hands-on, owner-like approach. Our stores run on a one-shift model with early 4am starts, ensuring a smooth breakfast and lunch service and a strong guest experience.

We provide five weeks of training to prepare you for the role. Successful GMs typically have 1–3 years of GM or AGM restaurant experience, lead by example, recruit top talent, and manage costs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years GM/AGM experience in a restaurant setting.
• Experience managing a store with early morning shifts.
• P&L analysis experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy.
• Lead one-shift model with early starts (as early as 4am) and close around 2pm.
• Ensure audit readiness, execute catering/mobile/in-store orders, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit quality team members and develop internal talent.
