Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including laying linens and setting up tableware.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, and pastries.
• Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked.
• Assist guests with any questions or needs.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
