Drury Plaza Hotel Santa Fe is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a warm, consistent breakfast experience for guests. You will prepare, serve, and clean up our free hot breakfasts, create a welcoming environment, and help keep the breakfast and lobby area clean and well organized.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and breakfast hours.
• Speak and receive direction (written and verbal) in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and clean up our free hot breakfasts.
• Create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
• Ensure that food safety standards are met and inventory and supplies are maintained.
