Job summary

Embassy Suites Minneapolis Downtown is seeking hospitality team members to join our breakfast service in a dynamic downtown setting. You will greet guests with hospitality, manage seating, and ensure a positive breakfast experience for all guests.

Maintain a clean dining area, replenish beverages, and support kitchen operations. Flexible shifts including weekends are required; prior serving experience is a plus. Equal opportunity employer with competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18 to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Flexible shifts, weekends and some holidays.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with genuine hospitality and friendliness.
• Ensure guests have a positive and memorable breakfast experience.
• Control the flow of guests in breakfast dining room and meet seating requests.
• Maintain working area clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure food and beverages are replenished and presented.
• Assist with kitchen and dining area cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain neat and clean uniform and appearance at all times.
• Work safely and report safety issues to your supervisor.
• Adhere to hotel policies and duties as assigned.
