Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to oversee breakfast service, ensure top quality dining experiences, and maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas. You will prepare breakfast items, restock as needed, and assist guests with service while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ months of related experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Must have high school graduate level mathematical aptitude and be familiar with safe food handling processes.
Must have experience dealing with the public and basic customer service skills.
Must communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
Must read and process records and paperwork with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Oversee breakfast service and ensure quality dining experience with high food quality standards.
Prepare breakfast food and beverages and maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
Restock items during meal periods and keep foods at safe temperatures.
Maintain a clean breakfast area, handle trash, and keep dining spaces tidy.
Greet guests, assist with service, and replenish coffee when possible.
Build rapport with guests and report issues to management for resolution.
Follow safety procedures and support safety equipment and emergency procedures.
