Job summary

Benson's Hospitality Group hotels seek a Breakfast Attendant to provide guests with breakfast per Brand requirements and to keep the buffet, seating area, and kitchen clean and organized according to Health Department standards.

The role requires Serv-Safe certification, strong guest service orientation, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional appearance. English communication skills are essential, and training is provided as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Serv-Safe certified.
• A willingness and passion to serve.
• Good grooming and good personal presentation.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.
• Ability to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide breakfast according to the Hotel Brand breakfast chart and present it appealingly.
• Maintain breakfast buffet, seating area, and kitchen to brand and Health Department standards.
• Maintain daily logs as required by hotel and State Health Department.
• Manage daily food inventories and coordinate with the front desk on occupancy to ensure food availability.
• Assist with ordering twice weekly or as needed within minimum requirements.
• Communicate maintenance concerns to Front Desk/Engineering as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and be ready to assist guests with food prep or cleanup.
• Monitor cooking and storage temperatures to ensure safety.
