Job summary

Opal Hotels Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant Supervisor to oversee breakfast service for guests, ensuring quality dining and a safe, clean environment. You will manage guest experiences, compliance with health and safety, and uphold brand standards.

Lead and coach team members, control costs, and promote great dining at value. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher-level education.
• Must speak fluent English (other languages preferred).
• ServSafe, CPR, and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Requires lifting and physical labor; must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in the property management system and inventory system.
• Perform opening and closing cleaning procedures daily.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform per Brand and Opal standards.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and hospitably.
• Promote goodwill and provide excellent guest service during shifts.
• Work any shift, including nights, and assist when others are unavailable.
