Job summary

Wsmanagementinc is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to support hotel breakfast service. You will set up and break down the breakfast area, greet guests, restock items, and maintain clean, safe service spaces during breakfast hours.

The role requires excellent communication, a service-driven attitude, and flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed. Prior food safety knowledge and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and social skills to greet and attend to guests.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work surfaces and areas.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and proper handling of buffet items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast dining area.
• Greet and acknowledge guests as they arrive.
• Ensure breakfast items are stocked according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast bar and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas and tables.
• Report safety issues to supervisor or duty manager.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Check fridges daily and maintain proper temperatures.
• Clean equipment and store properly after use.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop work areas as needed.
• Complete the daily checklist and closing tasks.
