Job summary

Hyatt Place Boise is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and present breakfast items, greet guests, and keep dining areas inviting and clean. You will follow recipes, replenish self-serve stations, and ensure brand standards are met.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, maintaining safety protocols, and supporting team members during busy service periods. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a food handler’s permit.
• Prior serving experience in hotel, cafe, or restaurant.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Restock condiments, manage trash and cleaning.
• Prepare breakfast items per instructions and ensure safe handling.
• Maintain clean dining areas and service stations.
• Assist with inventory counts and orders.
• Operate the POS for to-go orders when applicable.
• Rotate stock and maintain food quality.
• Report equipment issues and maintain cleanliness.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, nights, and holidays.
