Job summary

SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Bakery Square, part of HEI Hotels and Resorts, is seeking a guest-focused team member to assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment and delivering outstanding service.

You will handle breakfast service, reset tables, manage station cleanliness, stock supplies, and ensure guests enjoy a smooth dining experience while adhering to safety and attendance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs with a hand cart/truck.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and reset tables promptly.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Take care of guests with breakfast experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
