Job summary

Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Boca Raton is seeking an Expeditor to ensure orders are cooked in the correct sequence, assembled quickly, and presented beautifully to guests.

You will provide responsive support to servers, read tickets, plate according to recipes, and coordinate delivery from kitchen to tables. This is a full-time role with early shift hours and a requirement to work holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are cooked in a timely fashion so that all items for a table are ready together
• Coordinate servers delivering food while it's warm and presentable
• Read tickets and prepare items to order within time limits; plate according to recipes
• Deliver food from kitchen to guests in a timely manner with servers
• Perform side work at start and end of each shift
• Prepare toast as needed for business operations
• Maintain clean server line areas; keep surfaces and utensils organized
• Be ready to assist co-workers and fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
