Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a line cook with hotel cooking experience for The Carolina Inn. The role requires good communication and culinary skills, and a culinary degree is preferred. You will work a single station and receive training to meet Hyatt standards.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a scheduled shift from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with weekdays, weekends, and holidays possible. Pay rate is $19.00/hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation
• Tentative schedule: 5:00 AM to 1:0 PM
• Flexible schedule, willing to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
