Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant cooking experience.
• Experience in a busy kitchen (or the drive to learn fast).
• A cool head and clean station.
• Weekend availability = major bonus points.
• A good attitude and great grooming (we’re big on presentation).
