Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant cooking experience.
• Experience in a busy kitchen (or the drive to learn fast).
• Weekend availability is a bonus.
• Good attitude and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Cook on flat top with eggs, bacon, sausage, and more.
• Plate dishes with attention to presentation.
• Prepare pancakes and waffles quickly and consistently.
• Support lunch station with melts and sandwiches.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and ready throughout the shift.
• Work as part of a fast-paced team.
