A Cook is responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and established standards, contributing to the hotel's goal of delivering outstanding service and ensuring financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, your responsibilities include:

• Preparing food items following designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food sanitation standards
• Managing guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Having knowledge of the menu and all food products
• Stocking and maintaining the food station(s)
• Visually inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
• Practicing correct food handling and storage procedures per regulations
• Preparing requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
