Summary

The AM Cook will help run the kitchen, be part of the team, and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and run shifts as lead
• Prepare special meals or substitute items
• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
• Maintain food logs
• Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared
• Communicate effectively during busy periods
• Inform Chef of excess food items for daily specials
• Inform F&B service staff of menu updates
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, standards, and checklists
• Clean dishes and kitchen after cooking

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience required.
