Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Marlborough, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a dependable Morning Breakfast Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and cook breakfast items to Hilton standards, set up the breakfast buffet, and help deliver a great guest experience.

The shift typically runs 5:00 AM–1:00 PM with weekend availability; we offer competitive pay, Hilton travel discounts, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Previous breakfast or line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality.
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to Embassy Suites and Hilton standards.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and cooking stations.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation throughout breakfast service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with stocking, prep work, and cleaning duties.
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Schedule
