The Goodlettsville Courtyard - Atrium Hospitality in Goodlettsville, TN is hiring a café associate to prepare coffee drinks, serve food items, and help guests enjoy a standout experience within the hotel café.

You will keep the cafe organized, assist with menu knowledge, handle transactions, and maintain safety and cleanliness while flexible hours include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Atrium offers a broad benefits package and career growth within hospitality.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; food service experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked from pastries to retail displays.
• Share knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer per policy.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep equipment and food areas clean and compliant.
