Qualifications

• Complete all brand training requirements.
• Complete all required Safety & Health training.
• Provide personalized service to all guests.
• Regularly communicate with guests to understand their desired experience.
• Prepare food and beverages according to the provided recipe.
• Fully comply with all food safety requirements.
• Maintain inventory by ordering additional food and supplies as needed.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, following work break and meal periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and dress code.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the breakfast department's food quality and production.
• Assist the GM with recruitment, orientation, training, and development.
• Enforce company policies and health code regulations.
• Set up and maintain an attractive, organized breakfast bar.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks and basic maintenance as required.
• Support cost control by monitoring food costs and reducing waste.
• Assist with catering events as needed.
• Provide exceptional service to guests and staff at all times.
