Qualifications

• Serve Safe certification / safety training is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with questions; provide friendly, courteous service.
• Open the breakfast area: set up coffee, chafing dishes, and hot items; ensure items are stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, tables, and buffet area during service.
• Close the buffet: clean equipment, discard waste properly, and prepare for next shift.
