Responsibilities

• Set up and take down breakfast buffet, ensuring fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are available.
• Walk the dining area refilling coffee and beverages and clearing used plates.
• Wipe down service lines and equipment according to health and safety regulations.
• Sanitize and clean buffet bar areas, tables, chairs, and trash areas as needed.
• Ensure buffet is fully set up each morning with fresh items throughout service hours.
