Qualifications

• Breakfast Hosts provide attentive, dynamic and inspiring service for breakfast guests.
• Must be proactive in handling guest needs and maintain high service standards.
• Ability to work as part of a restaurant team and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the breakfast area for service by cleaning spaces and stocking supplies.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate special requests and resolve guest challenges with the team.
• Maintain breakfast spaces' cleanliness and complete side work as needed.
• Maintain professionalism in line with restaurant and company expectations.
• Know and communicate restaurant emergency procedures and assist guests in emergencies.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by restaurant leadership.
