Job summary

First Call Hospitality is hiring a Breakfast Bar Attendant for the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Phoenix, AZ. You will prepare and display the hotel's daily breakfast, greet guests, and ensure a friendly, efficient service experience.

Qualifications

• Professional, warm, approachable disposition.
• Demonstrated ability to remain level-headed in hectic situations.
• Hold and maintain any required food handling permit or license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display the hotel's daily breakfast in accordance with brand and health guidelines.
• Greet guests; address questions, concerns and solicit feedback and offer solutions.
• Replenish food/beverage offerings and maintain a clean serving area.
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables and seating areas during the shift.
• Manage inventories and place food, beverage and supply orders as required.
• Maintain organized prep and storage areas and report maintenance issues.
