Job summary

Home2 Suites By Hilton - Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Breakfast Bar Attendant to prepare and serve the hotel’s morning breakfast and help ensure guest satisfaction. You will engage guests, follow safety guidelines, and assist in emergency situations as needed.

The role includes maintaining breakfast display, replenishing items, and keeping the serving area clean and compliant with brand standards. Training and benefits are provided as part of our team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a professional, warm, and approachable disposition.
• Ability to remain level-headed in hectic and tense situations.
• Hold and maintain any required food handling permit or license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display the hotel's daily breakfast in accordance with the brand and health department guidelines.
• Greet and engage with guests; answer questions, address concerns and solicit feedback, and offer solutions.
• Regularly replenish food and beverage offerings and clean the service area to maintain a fresh presentation.
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables and seating areas during the shift.
• Manage inventories to maintain par levels and place orders as required.
• Maintain organized prep and storage rooms; report maintenance concerns promptly.
