Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Server in the United States to deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced dining setting. Greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure accuracy, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to time service and respond to dietary requests. We offer health coverage, 401K with discretionary match, life insurance, PTO and holidays, and earned wage access for pay when you need it.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Server is preferred; must be of legal age if serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to tables, take drink orders, and promote offerings.
• Assist guests with breakfast buffet selections, provide recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently with correct portioning, presentation, and temperature.
• Monitor tableware and keep dining areas clean and tidy; replenish items as needed.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance and refills.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to time service and communicate special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Relay guest feedback to management for resolution; process payments accurately at the end of meals.
