Peregrine Hospitality in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to represent the hotel with authenticity, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a businesslike appearance to all guests.
Responsibilities include maintaining breakfast standards and food quality, stocking and managing weekly supply orders and monthly breakfast inventory, and ensuring proper setup, service, and cleanliness of the breakfast area according to Hilton brand standards.

Represent the hotel with authenticity, enthusiasm, professionalism, and businesslike appearance and demeanor to all hotel guests, clients, prospective clients, agents, and the community.
Maintain service standards, food and beverage quality, and ensure guest satisfaction with breakfast offerings.
Complete weekly supply orders and maintain monthly breakfast inventory.
Maintain knowledge of Hilton breakfast standards and ensure hotel is adhering to brand standards.
Ensure the morning breakfast and buffet has been properly set-up and continuing to stock as needed, in addition to proper breakdown and cleaning.
Maintain cleanliness of all breakfast room public spaces and restrooms, including but not limited to front of galley, breakfast buffet, and assigned restrooms.
Retrieve all soiled linens to be sorted and treated.
Uphold a friendly demeanor with all guests and interact accordingly, including salutations upon entry and exit.
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures throughout the execution of tasks and responsibilities.
Sustain the safety of the property through risk-management behavior, proper inspections, participation in Safety and Security Committee and knowledge of emergency procedures.
Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards.
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures throughout the execution of tasks and responsibilities.
