Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott, Central Islip, NY, part of The Briad Group, seeks a Breakfast Attendant to prepare breakfast items per menu and maintain presentation standards. You will interact with guests, help with setup, and keep breakfast areas stocked and clean.

The position requires an early shift (5AM-12PM), strong English communication, and customer service experience in hospitality. Some cooking experience is a plus. We offer career growth and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must work the early morning shift (5AM-12PM).
• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Some experience as cook a plus.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Very good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage, but not required.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.

Summary of Position

Do you like to cook or have an interest in learning? Maybe you have experience serving in a restaurant environment? You will prepare food using our menu and presentation specs.
