Location: Hotel Erwin - VENICE, CA

Salary Range: $22.00 - $22.66 Hourly

Primary Mission: Responsible for setting up and clearing the meal service, maintaining the buffet, communicating drink orders, and addressing customer queries and complaints.

Scope of Work & Team

• Reports to F&B Manager
• Supports special events team

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble breakfast buffet.
• Keep buffet stocked.
• Handle beverage orders and condiments.
• Clear tables and assist guests.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Ensure restaurant closure procedures.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas.

Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years in hospitality, preferably in similar roles.

Education: High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Skills: Knowledge of safety procedures, excellent customer service, effective communication, energetic, organized, team player, capable of multitasking, and basic arithmetic skills.

Other Expectations

• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Travel as needed for training and meetings.
• Work hours primarily during business hours, with some weekends or holidays.
