Rise and shine with Poste Montane Lodge! We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Breakfast Attendants to brighten our guests’ mornings and create a dining experience that feels like a warm hug. If you’re an early bird with a knack for friendly service, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality, we want your energy to light up our mornings!

Duties Include

• Guest Engagement: Greet guests and owners warmly, assist with their breakfast needs, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Buffet Management: Set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and well-prepared throughout service.
• Food Preparation: Handle simple prep and preparation of hot and cold items for the breakfast buffet.
• Area Maintenance: Clean and restock the buffet area before, during, and after service, leaving it ready for the next day.
• Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service and address any additional guest needs.

Poste Montane Lodge, Managed by East West Hospitality - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date:

ASAP

Employment Type:

Part Time Seasonal and Year Round

Pay Rate:

$20 - $21/hour; hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and the other half after 90 days from start

Schedule:

6:30am and done before noon

Post Closing Date:

05/31/2025 or until filled

Minimum Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic kitchen skills, including food preparation and handling.
• Attention to cleanliness and organization with excellent cleaning skills.
• The ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
